Robert brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, underpinned by a solid foundation in engineering and executive management. Before founding Janelle Homes, he served as Head of Development at one of the country’s leading house builders, where he led and directed a diverse portfolio of projects across the Midlands and East Coast—spanning acquisition, planning, construction, and sales. Key to successfully leading projects from greenfield sites to fully completed homes is implementing a proven, repeatable process and a reliable supply chain that ensures efficiency, consistency, and quality throughout every stage.
